Vermont Yarn Sourcebook
The Vermont Yarn Sourcebook has been updated in 2022, in its two forms: this online version and a physical, multi-volume binder. The Sourcebook promotes the yarns produced in Vermont and educates the public about the excellent quality and abundant quantities available. This second year is open to members and non-members of the Vermont Sheep and Goat Association as participants.
Three copies of the physical 3-ring binders contain the details and knitted swatches. Promotion is being done through VSGA.
You can see the Vermont Yarn Sourcebook in person! These books of knitted swatches are on tour around Vermont! A copy is at the Norwich Knits shop Norwich VT and one is at Must Love Yarn in Shelburne VT.
Be our guest to venture into the offerings of the Vermont Yarn Sourcebook participants. Each producer’s contact information is provided.
Do visit another website, new in 2021, the Vermont Fibershed, https://vermontfibershed.org/, which is a hub of fiber producers, processors and anyone else involved in getting fiber from the animal to the consumer.
