We have a small diversified farm, as well as, offer a unique lodging experience for guests in five newly built modern cabins. We grow vegetables and raise chickens, sheep and goats. We are just beginning to make sheep’s milk cheese and will be licensed by June of 2019. We plan on making yogurt, some fresh cheeses including feta and halloumi, as well as, some aged cheeses including a gouda and manchego.
