The annual ‘NEK SpinningTea’ will be held at the Aldrich Public Library, 6 Washington St., Barre VT, (802-476-7550) on Saturday, February 22, 2020, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, in the Milne Community Room, (basement level).
This event is a casual, fun and relaxing day to visit with old friends, meet new friends, check out their spinning wheels and spinning fibers.
DETAILS: Please bring: a potluck snack to share, a tea mug, a lunch, and your spinning wheel, or knitting, crocheting, crafting, etc., and enjoy the day. The library has an ongoing booksale just outside the room.
There is also a YANKEE SWAP which involves everyone to bring a labeled fiber related item to exchange for someone else’s item (more explanation at the event – its fun).
PARKING is very limited so please CAR POOL, if possible. Easiest entrance is at the back of the library, there is an elevator.
